For planners and assistants
Yacht charters for planners and assistants
TL;DR: If you're arranging a crewed yacht charter for someone else, send us a short brief: the occasion, dates, guests and budget. We read it, suggest an established charter brokerage for the destination and, once you agree to that firm by name, pass it on. You get yacht options with an estimated all-in cost, and you stay the point of contact.

Vessel Vista is an independent charter guide. We send enquiries to established charter brokerages, and we may earn a referral fee if you book. It doesn't change your price. How this works.
Who this is for
- Executive assistants and chiefs of staff planning a principal's family week.
- Family-office teams who handle travel for several households.
- Villa managers and concierges whose guests ask about a week on the water.
- Event and celebration planners working on a milestone trip.
You don't need to know yachts. You need to know the group, the date and the budget.
What to send
- The occasion and why the date matters.
- Destination, or "recommend one".
- Dates and how flexible they are.
- Guests: adults, children and their ages; anyone who needs an easy cabin or few stairs.
- Budget for the week, all-in, if you have one.
- Who approves the booking, and by when.
Please don't send medical, passport or payment details. Those go to the brokerage later, if the trip goes ahead.
How it works
- Send the brief through the enquiry form and choose "I'm planning on someone else's behalf".
- We reply within two business days and suggest a charter brokerage for that destination.
- Nothing goes to the brokerage until you agree to that firm by name.
- The brokerage checks live availability and sends options with an estimated all-in cost.
- The contract, payments and the charter itself are handled by the brokerage.
Two things to forward to your principal
- The Charter Cost Brief: six pages on what a crewed week really costs, including APA, tax and gratuity.
- Family yacht charter: cabins for three generations, the 12-guest rule, and ten questions to ask before a deposit.
Send a charter brief
One short form. We read every brief ourselves.
